The war was over the course of two days by the way.At first Naruto had partial control of the Kyuubi's chakra,then he had full cooperation with the Kyuubi so he had access to more power,we already saw how such little amount of the Kyuubi's power healed Naruto's wound - the hole Sasuke made in his body,yet Naruto is so tired from being hungry,sleep,running around?

What you don't realize is that you put strain on your mind and body when you're on your toes all the time. He as fighting for a day or two. He was training with Bee previous to that, losing his chakra to Kurama. But again most of the shit you said here is irrelevant.

How is it irrelevant? The Kyuubi barely gave Naruto some of his chakra and a hole in his body heals in seconds,yet Naruto with full control of the Kyuubi's chakra ,toes should hurt from running for a few days.

You're right.That makes sense.The more of the Kyuubi's chakra Naruto has in his control the less it's healing properties work......

I keep seeing this argument. But let's face it. When they came out from their near death experience after facing hagaromo. They were pretty much toped up. As if they had slept for days.

Now to the answer. Let's be serious. Without plot armour. Sasuke would have beaten Naruto. He had an endless supply of chakra. Endless. He could have kept topping himself up. Naruto already absorbed all the chakra above ground( whatever that means). He wouldn't have been abl e to get more. But of course plot. And for some reason sasuke couldn't get more chakra from the bijuu. Yet he had the chakra to keep them under genjutsu and in chibaku tensei way up in the air. It's almost amusing.
