No. It's physically a draw. It would have been a personnal win for him though as he'd save everyone. Plus Naruto would've came to save him anyway. Then it would've been a win with support. In a typical 1V1 everything aside tho. No.

I don't think Naruto wanted to attack Sasuke with such intent & I don't think either of them would have intended to die like that (or at all, lol)

For realzies. Unless theres two guys facing each other with guns. There's a nuclear launch button & a self destruct button. The guy who wants to self destruct gets shot in the leg and he shoots the guy who wanted to launch it, in the head. He gets to self destruct the bomb before he bleeds to death . THAT is a little different as there was a larger battle that was won of greater significance.

Without borrowed power Sasuke could never match Naruto.

Nah, Naruto Vs Sasuke without either of them having external power sources equals Sasuke easily defeating Naruto with Genjutsu. The Kyuubu was Naruto's only counter to It.

When a guy pumps himself with so much temporary power, screams that he wants to kill you all throughout and still fails, then its not a tie.

Masashi restricted Sasuke, that's why It was a tie. Plus the Kyuubi himself pointed out how Sasuke being new to the Rinnegan worked In their favor.

Besides, Naruto had the Kyuubi within him gathering and giving him chakra because he was too busy fighting Sasuke to do it himself.
