It was physically a tie but in hypothetical situations if Sakura never showed up to heal both of them Naruto would have lived longer than Sasuke breaking the tie. Naruto wins.

A lot of people miss the whole point of this fight. I'm a Naruto fan btw. But sasuke always put himself above Naruto. Narutos whole goal was to prove to sasuke that they are on equal terms. Not that Naruto was better. Naruto always tells sasuke that he doesn't see him as an equal. I believe it was the second hokage who said - no matter how hard a shinobi trains he can never surpass the uchiha. Well Naruto proved to sasuke on this fight that they were equals. That's a win for Naruto maybe not a loss in terms of a fight for sasuke but definitely a win for Naruto because he got sasuke to see that they're indeed equals. I would have loved to have seen a clean win for Naruto but I definitely liked this ending because Naruto was victorious in his mission to fight on equal terms as the genius sasuke.
