My theory how uchiha had the sharingan
When So6p divided the ten tails into 9 tailed beast
The eyes of the Ten tails are combined sharingan and rinnengan
The sharingan must have been divided to into an uchiha baby
Having the first sharingan uchiha

yeah but if that is true then why doesn't the sage have the rinengan withe with sharingan as well?

The son had some rinnegan like eyes and as time went past and after generations that eye of the uchiha son mutated to what we have now the sharingan. This explains how uchiha members can evolve their sharingan to rinnegan

No, that's wrong. The Byakugan is irrevelant now, it doesnt say anything about it anymore. The sharigan mutated from the Rinnegan and the sharingan can evolve into the rinnegan
