[Question] How to unsubscribe to a group I´m not in anymore?

I subscribed to some groups I used to be active in. A few days ago I decided to leave some groups, and after leaving, a group was still in my subscribed group list. I tried to unsubscribe it but apparently I can´t because I´m no longer in that group and the "unsubscribe" option is no longer in the option list of the group.

Is there any other way I could unsubscribe this group (meaning to remove it from the subscribed group list)?
