If you stop molding and focusing your chakra almost all jutsu fizzle and crap out. So if you start to see the death god stop molding chakra and release the jutsu?

Makes sense to me; but I don't remember if the Death God instantaneously appears or if he kind of forms...I'll have to see the anime again. =]
