How to setup a background image, please!

Can some please post me a detailed instruction on how to setup a background image?

I mean SET-UP(apply) a BACKGROUND IMAGE.

1.upload the picture to ur album(in nb )
2.copy the url of the picture
3.go to user cp
5.click on custimize profile
6.pasrte url in the thing that says background image
