Here's the link, but you need to resize it.
 Dont complicate him by adding the resize thing..

As for the person who wants the picture under the post:
the place where u want it is called a forum signature, just like you sign a paper at the bottom. In the forums every post has its own signature.. Some people have text and some keep a picture there. To add a picture, go to User CP which is located at the top right corner and then in the left menu click on edit your signature. A page will open with a text box where you can add a picture like people just mentioned.

You can also go there by clicking this link:

To add a picture copy the link of a picture, ur link is this one:

and add it in the middle of these tags
You must be registered for see images
like this:
PHP:

It will turn out to be like this:
You must be registered for see images

You should also read forum rules about the size of pic you can have in ur signature.

JUST IN CASE

He is confused by the whole thing. I'll break it down to the basics.

ANY picture you have file extension(going over it just in case you do not know). They will usually end in .jpg/.gif/.bmp and so on. These are the most BASIC ones and the most popular ones(not going into detail about a single one and why).

When you google search or what not you have to find out the exact address' of each file because these are generally hosted on some site that you go to. For example say you went to this site and found that the image is stored here
it is stored in domain name in subfolder naruto file image named narutopwnsyou.jpg. You have to have these things specified in order for you to link it. Otherwise it's going to fail. Also these are stored on whatever site you go to so you have no control over if it gets taken down or whatever. If it does the link would be broken and no image will be shown.

You may ask "How do I find where it's stored?" simple way is right click on a image and look at the source code. It will say where it is. If you can click on it so that the image will show then you can just look at it on the address bar.

hope that helps.
