Everyday is a bit much.
Burn more calories than you take in via exercise. That's the prime, ultimate law of losing weight. How you go about this can be left to your own devices. Eat a lot but exercise a lot more? Eat very little, thus exercise just a bit more?
To help with this, leave the bread and starches alone. You know why people keep reminding us to avoid carbs? They are what is burned first before burning fat; the bread and starches are chock full of them and bread has one of the highest density of calories/carbs per ounce. What contains bread? Just about every junk food imaginable.
Everyday is a bit much.
Heres the thing i do cardio at least 3x weekHere is a tip. Run. Cardiovascular exercises are the bests for losing weight. Start eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 huge ones to keep your metabolism up, and sit ups and other abdominal exercises will help your 6 pack return.
I heard this from death note but I think it's true. I eat like a f*cking pig and has always been a slim guy all my life with a 4 pac (I'm ashamed) I think you don't gain any weight if you burn the calories by using your brain. No one flame I didn't say it's true I only said I heard it from somewhere
leg press: 700kilo.
You do burn calories by using your brain (mathematical exercises and heavy reading), but the amount lost is less than that of breathing (50 calories a day) or passionate kissing (75 calories an hour). So you're not gonna get anywhere by doing just that, =D
I imagine it's that high because we're talking legs, but I remember I could only press 520 in high school ._.
