I don't think so, if you start reaching for your ID the officer won't tell you to not to move, he'll blast your brains off. Then it'll possibly show up on the news as: "Officer fatally shoots unnarmed man in self-defense". And if it the man shot was black, there would be a huge protest right after the video aired, if not, then no one would give a ****.
