Martial art won't necessarily give you a six pack. You have to do a set of specific exercises that solely concentrate on your abdomen. (At least, that's what I've heard.)
actually a low-carb diet is healthier than a low-fat diet - try to read everything you can on internet about how to eat when you want to build your muscles and take a day in a week for rest, with no exercises. I think the next two answers are very good for you....try to cut out eating anything high in fat. ...
no alcohol, no drugs, no high calorie diets, no sugar. try to eat lots of veggies and high protein diets. drink plenty of water, do cardio workouts in order to cut the fat. dont go beast and do too much cuz you can injure ur spine. to start seeing results wait 1 month. keep in mind genetics is a big part and give it time. some people takes 1-2 years of hard work and proper dieting
Add Bicycles, Leg-lifts, and change up your sit ups. Change your style of sit ups a lot. You want to be working every muscle, so break routine and try something different each time. I'm no body builder, but i've gotta stay strong for those nights where I have too many drinks. Haha. But seriously, don't just work for abs. Do pushups, too. Wides, diamonds, regulars, one handed, whatever. I've fought dudes who take their abdominal routines WAY too seriously, and mistake that as a sign of strength and merit. But they were dead wrong. Push-ups and hand stands are more important than what six pack abs will ever give you, I promise.
Also, i'd like to add that weight lifting is more show rather than actual substance. I promise you. Do calisthenics, don't lift weights.
