genetics is alot but work out at your school gym or get a trainer
Getting a trainer is a waste of money. You have access to everything a trainer knows through youtube for FREE maybe even more then what a trainer knows. Do some youtubing and research, there are some pretty good and qualified trainers on youtube that are really helpful.

This works for me when I'm not too lazy. But I would focus more on lifting weights and getting some muscle, cause being skinny sucks :/
why does a 14 year old kid needs a six pack?
To be honest, just a goal I set out for myself
Increase your overall fitness level first. Focus on increased cardio. Will make it easier to develop muscle.
Get off the internet.
that was unnecessary but I see where your coming from
left a little schedule on ur profile
Thanks
^not needed, the kid was just looking for help not a stupid remark
Thank you two for the help ^_^

Everyone who posted here, thanks a bunch ^_^

it is not a waste, trainers teach you how to balance out muscle because people these days only work on certain muscles to look cool but you needd a balance between all your muscles

PAYING for a private-trainer would be a waste of money. when you join a gym, you can just ask the trainers there for advise. But I dont think anyone besides 40+ people would be that dumb to pay for private workout advise

Go to store find a brand you like, walk to counter give the man a 5. Then walk out. :p jk
Just work out and do lots of sit ups also try to cut out eating anything high in fat. Then run to burn off the excess fat that is over your abdomen area.
Then all your hard work should be showing.
If not do what I do ...... go bouldering it requires a strong core. So it will help you build those muscles.

It's not how many you do that matters bro it's how you do it. Slow and controlled gets you better results I know cause I'm training up for the army. Do some pushups and some reps to balance it out no point in having abs if you got chicken arms lol and nothing wrong with some added power! Mwahaha

So, I am 14 years old, 5 foot 8-9 inches and weigh 121 lbs... I was wondering if I can work out for a six pack, no one else answered my question on other places so I came here with a different account.. (I feel this to be kind of an embarassing question) I won't Rep my other account or anything like that, and I might even use this account sometime but I was wondering how to get a six pack at my age

I run 20 mins a day at 8 mph
I do sit ups, a couple hundred a day

I need help with dieting and what workouts to do, thanks ^_^
i'm about your age and what i use to do is do pushups every commercial break if i'm watching tv and also eight minute abs on youtube i don't know if your fit or not but i actually was doing sports but regardless you should do pushups and sitsups everyday i promise you will see results

Still a waste of money...

I know where your coming from thou, there are "those guys" that have big arms and everything else is pathetic because all they do is work on one part of there body and forget about the rest.

As i said before, if you are really dedicated and motivated to look a certain way, getting a trainer is not your only answer. Just do some online research, heck check out Scott Herman fitness on youtube, guy knows everything and has the body to back it up. Trainers can be so unqualified, esp the ones that are working at your local gym, that look overweight themselves.

no alcohol, no drugs, no high calorie diets, no sugar. try to eat lots of veggies and high protein diets. drink plenty of water, do cardio workouts in order to cut the fat. dont go beast and do too much cuz you can injure ur spine. to start seeing results wait 1 month. keep in mind genetics is a big part and give it time. some people takes 1-2 years of hard work and proper dieting

Add Bicycles, Leg-lifts, and change up your sit ups. Change your style of sit ups a lot. You want to be working every muscle, so break routine and try something different each time. I'm no body builder, but i've gotta stay strong for those nights where I have too many drinks. Haha. But seriously, don't just work for abs. Do pushups, too. Wides, diamonds, regulars, one handed, whatever. I've fought dudes who take their abdominal routines WAY too seriously, and mistake that as a sign of strength and merit. But they were dead wrong. Push-ups and hand stands are more important than what six pack abs will ever give you, I promise.

Also, i'd like to add that weight lifting is more show rather than actual substance. I promise you. Do calisthenics, don't lift weights.

well being that you're skinny, belly fat isnt the issue. Therefore, its all dwn to building muscle and the best way is really sit-ups (crunches, small ones and leg lifts).
