So, I am 14 years old, 5 foot 8-9 inches and weigh 121 lbs... I was wondering if I can work out for a six pack, no one else answered my question on other places so I came here with a different account.. (I feel this to be kind of an embarassing question) I won't Rep my other account or anything like that, and I might even use this account sometime but I was wondering how to get a six pack at my age

I run 20 mins a day at 8 mph
I do sit ups, a couple hundred a day

I need help with dieting and what workouts to do, thanks ^_^

Lol well, atm I run, do sit ups, leg lifts, and am seeing some results... Maybe join a sport sometime, like soccer, snowboarding, or maybe even a martial art?

This works for me when I'm not too lazy. But I would focus more on lifting weights and getting some muscle, cause being skinny sucks :/

Increase your overall fitness level first. Focus on increased cardio. Will make it easier to develop muscle.

start with regular crunches then go to the side crunch things(not sure what they are called) find a good spot for pullups and hang on to the bar and just raise your legs(builds leg muscles as well as lower abs)all you need to eat is meat potatoes vegtables and fruits, dont drink sh1t, drink water and whey protein shakes, they taste like sh1t and you just have to gulp down the chunks
oh and milk wouldnt hurt either

snowboarding sounds fun but it won't get u results fast.
indeed martial arts is the best way. I prefer boxing/kickboxing/muay thai. most effective work outs in it

Get off the internet.

This :)

Eat healthier, if you eat like sh*t and do a million crunches a day, you still wont get them. Not about the crunches, its about the fat around your waist and crunches is only a fraction of what needs to be done to get rid of that and diet is more important.

Get in a supermarket, and look for beers... oh, wait, you're 14, you can't buy beers!!! lol

JK.

Try exercicing regularly, and don't expect to see them in a couple of weeks... You'll need months, maybe years (based on your metabolism) to get them. It took me 9 months of excercise to get them, and only one month of exams to loose them. Now, I'm trying all over again (much easyer, since the muscles exist already, they are just not trained)
