How to beat neochu in FFXIII

this is one of the hardest boss's even harder than orphan unless u have good luck.
this boss is on cieth mission 55.
i am curently just using death on him , but thats not working.
i have retried over 100 times now , so can anyone help me.
Heres my setup.

Vanille

role:sab

Snow:
hp: 9700
role:sen

Hope
Hp:6695
Role:med

i am using the attrtion paradigm and use aigesol before each battle.

my best advice for you is to put the controller down and walk away for a while and try again later. I cant tell your how many times I was ready to walk away from GOW3 on chaos mode. It was a bitch just to get past Poseidon! Oh and it doesnt hurt to look at the walkthrough on
