Why do you waste your time and everyone else time by trying to hate a character you and probably everyone who watches naruto like?
Its inevitable that you like him for any reason. He's a great character

I like his skill set now that its more or less equal to Naruto's. He is has a diverse skill set that can adapt to situations, but is not overly powerful unlike Naruto's fewer jutsus.

As a character, currently he is boring and only good in small doses or with someone "dumb" near by (hence naruto's sudden IQ drop), which is still an improvement over most of (90%) of pt 2.

Naruto was always stupid, consider yourself...jk (I say jk because I don't feel like arguing I'm dead serious :|)
Sasuke inspired Naruto to get smarter/stronger or how else would it make sense for them to be equal when it seemed like sasuke was a billion times stronger and smarter.

They develop as a pair not separately

The funniest thing is most ppl thought it was gonna be a tag team jutsu, but hardcore fans thought Naruto was pull out some OP jutsu on his own and Kishimoto answered their prayers XD

Most people misunderstands him. Itachi lied and slaughtered their family. People say Sasuke cries too much about the massacre, but seeing that much death at a young age is traumatizing. Sasuke was seven when the massacre happened and after learning the truth about how the elders of Konoha screwed his clan, it broke his heart. Some people don't realize the pain he's in.

Imagine if someone precious to your heart, slaughtered your family then you killed him, then you learned that your own neighbors were the ones who forced that person you loved to kill your family. Wouldn't you want revenge and wouldn't your heart be shattered?

Plus, Sasuke is badass. Haters are gonna hate. Plus, everything Sasuke did was Itachi's fault. He failed as a brother and people still try to blame Sasuke for it, even though it's all Itachi's fault.

Arrogance isn't an emotion but a personal trait.

I think what you are trying to say is that I dislike arrogant people because I recognize that aspect in myself which draws my ire.... and you are correct... I admit it.

People generally dislike a person for the very reason I just stated. As I said I really don't have any other issues with Sasuke other than his attitude.

Why wouldn't he be likable? He is one of the well-developed characters. Of course he may not be "your type" but there can be plenty of reasons. It's stranger when characters with barely any development or definition get fans, but that also happens :|

He's not likable to me. He's predictable, boring, flippant, half-assed, and downright douchey. But these kinds of questions are all subjective.
