As a chracter? He is interesting. One of, if not the most interesting of the series.

He is also interesting to watch. I love his fighting style through most of the manga.

I like his skill set now that its more or less equal to Naruto's. He is has a diverse skill set that can adapt to situations, but is not overly powerful unlike Naruto's fewer jutsus.

As a character, currently he is boring and only good in small doses or with someone "dumb" near by (hence naruto's sudden IQ drop), which is still an improvement over most of (90%) of pt 2.

The more Sasuke fans we have the more haters will find it irresistible to bash such is the cycle.

A also like the fact that he causes such discord. Too bad ppl don't get his importance to the series.

Why do you waste your time and everyone else time by trying to hate a character you and probably everyone who watches naruto like?
Its inevitable that you like him for any reason. He's a great character
