If you are gonna ask how strong Sasuke would be without those eyes specifically, by now he would be blind because of the overuse of the Mangekyo.

Yea, same goes for Sasuke. Sasuke without those eyes is pretty unneccessary, same as Itachi would've been without Shisui's. The cycle goes on and on, all of us know that Sasuke wouldn't be as strong as he is now, neither would Naruto.

This ^. Now that I think about it. Without Itachi's eyes, Obito would have keyed him in on the magic of Hashi cells, in which case, Sasuke would have gotten permanent MS plus potential to unlock rinnegan.

Rinnegan unlocks after EMS not MS so sasuke would probably stayed with his MS unless Oda thought up some power-up that he normally would have then that would have to be a whole different story
