The answer to this is highly reliant on plot and the then decisions of the author. As the first reply states "as strong as the writer would want them to be". Rightly said...
But if we go by the scope of their existing powers, their powers can be somewhat estimated.
Firstly, we've to understand the nature of development of Naruto and Sasuke's powers to determine them at various different stages. Naruto's power upgrades are more digital like whereas Sasuke's are more analog like (digital covers one second in the same time as analog but is goes there directly whereas analog passes through all times between that).
In other words, Naruto takes massive direct power leaps and after that they don't go much far whereas Sasuke starts from scratch and gradually and relatively quickly upgrades while passing through all phases of developing that power e.g. Naruto developed Kurama Avatar in one massive leap whereas Sasuke developed PS by going through all stages. Despite Naruto's massive leaps, Sasuke equals Naruto due to a much faster progression rate.
This implies that time progression leads to chakra maturing, which in Sasuke's case is much faster. So for a certain power, if Sasuke is weaker than Naruto at a certain time period, he'll narrow that gap gradually and will eventually become equal if potentially possible. And if Sasuke is equal to or stronger than Naruto, then he'll be stronger or even stronger by time.
You're basically comparing SM Naruto and MS Sasuke for all their respective stages. So here are my conclusions...
MS Sasuke (against Danzo and Kakashi) > SM Naruto (against Pain) [This can be determined from the manga. And this comparison is valid because these stages are at roughly the same time period and are similarly developed]
MS Sasuke (War) > SM Naruto (War) [This wasn't highlighted because Sasuke already attained EMS in the war which overshadowed his MS development but if he had MS then he'd be stronger than SM Naruto in war and stronger than his previous MS state. Although in canon, War Arc SM Naruto = MS Sasuke, but that's because MS Sasuke wasn't correspondingly shown in War Arc]
MS Sasuke (Adult) >> SM Naruto (Adult) [This was never shown but if the plot projected in this direction then this would be the case. This is due to Sasuke's stronger progression]
After obtaining Rikodou chakra, Sasuke will have MS and Rinnegan whereas Naruto will have RSM.
Rikodou chakra enhanced MS Sasuke will be initially equal to Rikodou chakra enhanced SM Naruto (as already shown by their equality after gaining Rikodou powers with EMS and Kurama respectively). Rikodou powered MS generated PS will be stronger than Naruto's regular chakra Avatar but Naruto's 3 faced Avatar like Ashura (Naruto's maximum power) will equal Sasuke's PS (Sasuke's maximum power) just like how Indra and Ashura paralleled with each other.
Therefore,
Rikodou powered MS Sasuke (War) = Rikodou powered SM Naruto (War)
But unlike Indra, Sasuke also gains the unique powers of the Rinnegan on top of that while Naruto does not gain anything more on top of Ashura's powers (even his chakra Avatar is imaginary). [In canon, Naruto makes up for the unique Rinnegan powers with the unique powers of the 9 bijuus]
Therefore,
Rikodou Sasuke (War) > Rikodou Naruto (War)
And since Sasuke's chakra progression is much greater than Naruto, Adult Rikodou Sasuke will be relatively stronger than Adult Rikodou Naruto, the difference will be greater than their respective War versions. And Naruto won't get the other half of Kurama to close that gap like he did in canon.
Therefore,
Rikodou Sasuke (Adult) >> Rikodou Naruto (Adult).
