How strong would Sasuke and Naruto be

If Sasuke never got Itachi eyes and Naruto never got Kurama or any of the other 8 Bijuu? How strong would they be in Part 1, Part 2, and the war saga? How strong would they be when Rikudo gives his chakra to Naruto and Sasuke, while Naruto doesn't have any Bijuu and Sasuke doesn't have Itachi eyes?

Sasuke would be mid to high Kage level with MS. With Rikoudo Chakra it would have gotten him enhanced ninjutsu, and speed maybe Rinnegan. So certainly gpd level. Naruto would be mid to high with SM. Without Bijuu Chakra he would have some form of RSM. Probably like he had when he came back from the kamui dimension.

There is a huge difference, Sasuke has Sharingan, just not Itachi eyes, while Naruto doesn't have Kurama or any Bijuu. Sasuke isn't born with Itachi eye, while Naruto isn't born with Bijuu.

The thread you linked is Sasuke doesn't have Sharingan.

I realize Sasuke never had Itachi eyes in part 1, so Sasuke won't be different in Part 1, Sasuke is only different after meeting Naruto in part 2 after killing Danzo.

Sasuke would be blind through the latter half of Part II until he got the Rinnegan so I'd say he'd be at Nagato's level at this point possible slightly above since his Rinnegan is the tome one.

Naruto would be a frog Sage through the latter half of part II and wouldn't get that glowing body until the Rikudo power up. He'd have the truth seeking balls and possibly the Ashura avatar but no Kurama chakra.

They'd both be pretty OP Still with only a handful of shinobi able to take them on. Sasuke would have it rough for awhile due to the light in his eyes going out. But if he can survive to the point Hagoromo shows up he would be ok.

Same with Naruto. He would have gotten wrecked by the Masked Tobi, the edo Jin, and edo Madara without the Kurama chakra so he'd need help to survive to the pint of his Rikudo power up same as Sasuke.

The statue gives you power, he even argued that if they can't control Sasuke it will be pointless syncing him with the statue:

So he wouldn't end up like Yamato who's purpose is to power-up the zetsus, he needed Sasuke to be stronger and maintain his eyesight without deteriorating. So him being Uchiha syncing with the statue with mokuton will just making him stronger than EMS:

Why would naruto have KCM without kurama?

He's an ashura incarnate, so it seems inevitable. He'll probably have the Torii seals too.

Basically this. One can only speculate. There is a good chance Naruto would be around Hashi's lvl, without Kurama being there to disrupt his chakra. He would probably be a genius and have more jutsu's in his Arsenal. Maybe even learn his second Affinity, like Sasuke with his fire and lightning affinity.

MS Sasuke would almost be the same, but adding another one (who probably would be MS Itachi).
