You are missing the point.
Let's assume that he never has the power of kamui. That's okay because he is the mastermind of this story. Tobi is sneaky bastard and master of manipulators

I don't even mention about Sharingan, Mokuton, Rinnegan, Zetsu's advantage, Ying-Yang Jutsu, Seal Jutsu....
He doesn't give a shit about them why would we ?

The mastermind??? - No. Obito was spoon fed his newfound ideology and master plan by Madara.

He's only able to be as "sneaky" as he is because he's able to slip in and out of the dimensions. Without Kumui he would not have been able to be as affective as he has been, not by a long shot.

Without kamui he quickly become an ordinary ninja cos that is what he's whole style and jutsu is based of, been able not get caught and he would be left with genjutsu and fire ninjutsu but he still hashi's DNA so some wood jutsu would come into play.

The question posed was: "How strong would Obito be without Kamui"? There is no mention of "current" Obito. If that IS what he meant, he failed to be specific and clear. Just because it's what you believe he intended, doesn't mean it's how it was posed.

His question was, 'How strong would Obito be without Kamui?' not how strong would he be if he never had it. Yet you suddenly decided to involve plot in the answer. Like I said, if that had been his question all along, the answer would have been quite obvious to anyone who's ever read this manga. Something this simple should not have to be spelled out for people, and yet, I've had to explain it to you twice.

Well prepare to try and convince me a third time, because unless there's an indication of time posed in the original question (which there isn't), neither you nor I are either wrong or right. It's left up to interpretation, and due to lack of information it can be interpreted in multiple ways.

The answer to all of those is weak and it is also a question that shouldn't need an answer.
