What the heck does the bold part have to do with anything? Boros destroyed multiple universes and frieza had controlled over one, it's the same thing if not Boros' feat is even better. Seasons and sagas have nothing to do with actual feats. He's the frieza of the one punch man universe. You don't know how long Boros was in command for.
