I've already told you how trustworthy that scan is. And there's no thing as physical jutsu. Anything related to physic is Taijutsu, anything "jutsu" is Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, out of which Ninjutsu can be absorbed by Preta Path. Only because it's transporting your body somewhere else doesn't mean you can't counter it. When Obito absorbs himself, the jutsu can't be absorbed because he's using it on himself, but when he applies it on someone else, that someone can absorb it with Preta Path if he has the Rinnegan, or if he has speed of light like Minato or Ay, he can fly off the sucked zone.
Doesn't explain anything. Kamui is weaker the first time you use it than after you used it more times. Plus, if Obito was ready to wrap out the whole Village, I'm sure he held no hard feelings towards Minato. He even said himself that he doesn't care about this world anymore. Minato also lost 1-2 seconds realizing what Kamui was doing before he flew off.
If he knew from the start, he'd have flown off before it even activated.
Manga says clearly that Preta Path can absorb any ninjutsu, and Kamui is ninjutsu, thus it can be absorbed. Also, if you look at the Anime, you'll see that he flies off and doesn't transport himself.
