But if his brother just had Kamui too, he' have "perfect Kamui" or something. But overall, he'd be a lot weaker than he was in the manga.

He'd lose rinnegan, senju dna, and most of all, the ability to keep the Jubi.

The insects react and sucks up Chakura, they didn't sense nor react to Obito's Chakura because it's gathering in his eye. This is exactly the same like saying that Preta can absorb Genjutsu.​

They absorb chakra not ninjutsu. Chakra can be used for genjutsu too which can't be absorbed by Preta Path.
