here are the uzumaki's, the only thing they had was long lives, so much so they even got a nickname for it, why huge chakra wasn't mentioned?

here we see that kushina was a rare type in her clan, obviously one needs a lot of chakra to suppress the nine-tails and still have chakra to use, naruto is her son, that kinda explains his high chakra levels, Mito was also a special case, though it doesn't state she had lots of chakra, she was considered to be a powerful shinobi and also was a jinchuriki.

there's nowhere in the manga that states they had lots of chakra, it's all a misconception.

it is most likely that kushina and mito had lots of chakra to be a jinchuriki, and they both were special within their clan, naruto is kushina's son, all these 3 are basically non-factors for deciding if the uzumaki was naturally born with large chakras.

nagato also possessed the rinnegan, even he is questionable, it is a doujutsu that grants you the six paths, and the chapter when he was talking to tsunade and her men on the roof, he released some of its chakra I believe, which made an anbu state. "is this the power of the rinnegan". though this we'll have to wait and see if it played a part in his high chakra reserves.

but yeah, it's being assumed from these shinobi despite actually never being stated.

EDIT: just thought I add this as well
