soo mito, kushina, naruto oh and dont forget about nagato who was an uzumaki had alot of chakra, i understand what u sai, i guess cause all these uzumaki have large chakra,that cause people to think all uzumaki are like that.

it is most likely that kushina and mito had lots of chakra to be a jinchuriki, and they both were special within their clan, naruto is kushina's son, all these 3 are basically non-factors for deciding if the uzumaki was naturally born with large chakras.
nagato also possessed the rinnegan, even he is questionable, it is a doujutsu that grants you the six paths, and the chapter when he was talking to tsunade and her men on the roof, he released some of its chakra I believe, which made an anbu state. "is this the power of the rinnegan". though this we'll have to wait and see if it played a part in his high chakra reserves.
but yeah, it's being assumed from these shinobi despite actually never being stated.
