When he was twenties he was stronger than 13year old itachi by a small margin.
So Akatsuki Itachi that awakened his MS right after Shishui's death should one up Shishui by the same margin he gapped 3 tomoe Itachi.

I wish his Shunshin and Genjutsu abilities were expanded upon. His MS could of been great
