how strong is tobirama really?

Tobirama knows justus inside and out.
He knows FTG very well, he knows clones very well, he knows rasengan very well.
And in truth I dont understand what he doesnt know well, I mean the guy made edo, pre rasengan kag bunshin.
Not to forget that he has a hell lot of battle smarts and experience.

I believe he could top both minato and non sm hashi, simply because he so evasive and skilled.
and srsly this guy has been around hashi fighting by his side for years, he should know hashi's weaknesses so well, while hashi is far on the slow side.

Minato could get countered, how? IDk, leave that to kishi.

He is very stong as per his intelligence, power lvl, chakra (ofcourse he is a senju),speed and Moves..all of them are the best...
he was a perfect ninja maintaining his lvl as a hokage ,the 3rd or 2nd most powerful hokage ever (can't distinguish between Minato n him) well the hokage power goes this way.. Hashirama>Minato>Tobirama>Hiruzen>Tsunade...from my side..!!! =D

Edit :- Don't forget he uses FTG and cracked walls by just powering up..!!!!

As long as he doesn't have multiple kage-level people as edo tenseis, Tobirama is probably the third strongest kage with the only two above him being Minato and Hashirama.

As a hokage and one of the four 'strongest edos' he should be at least a tier above the kages from the other villages, and he definitely has the feats to pull it off like warping Juubidamas, being a big factor in fighting juubito, and having firepower almost at the level of a tailed beast.

We can nor definelity say, that Tobirama is also good at Edo Tensei like Kabuto-Orochimaru cuz i think they really are much better at it, with stronger summons.
Also when he will use Edo Tensei then he will not be able to fight himself, cuz he will have to control them with Handseals = He is just a spectator or his Edo Tensei will have there own will.
