How strong is Orochimaru really?

He's stronger than Tsunade but him and Jiraiya are very close in my opinion without edo.

Totsuka actually has to hit it's target to work bruh. It's not a 360 degree omnipotent attack. And Orochimaru is a sereptitious, cunning individual. There is no way he's going to get hit by a physical attack unless he's weakened or he lets you. Ex. His fight against 4 Tails

A lot of people, particularly itachi haters like to make themselves believe sharingan is the reason orochimaru got solo'ed by itachi. which in a sense is true. but not because it's an "sharingan" but because it's itachi's sharingan. and whatever itachi uses is broken asf. because let's keep in mind, even sasuke and suigetsu admitted sasuke only got as far as he did against orochi is because he was sick and unable to use jutsu, soooo let's stop the pretending that sharingan rekt orochi when the reality is orochi got rekt by itachi. comprende? :lol

Doubt that. it's very obvious they scaled back their attack to keep from destroying the cave and letting kabuto escape at the cost of letting him keep his no-killing intent advantage. there has been several times kabuto has been "hit" by something in the fight, one of which could've easily been totsuka had he decided to use it.

You cannot compare it like this. Orochimaru is not exactly your slug fest character like Jiraiya. You could say that Oro is something like that ***** you know is weaker than you but you still know that he could defeat you. Why fight fair? That is probably his motto. In power like he is falling behind some characters but if you placed him war he would be probably one of worst enemies. Of course there is many characters great for frontline but someone like Oro is more about being behind enemy line and making evil.
