He has all the jutsus he learned in ninjutsu because he copied them
Except for Taijutsu it will decrease since his reaction speed will be less without the sharingan

Well I don't he forgets how to do the ninjutsu since he lost the eye but it just won't be as effect as before anymore. He lost to much power , also his taijutsu will be weaker to. We all know what sharingan is capable of.
