How strong is Kakashi now?

During the time Kakashi had Sharingan he was Kage level. But now that he lost sharingan he must've lost a lot of his abilites and jutsu. He has more stamina now but he's slower and he has less jutsu and old age. How strong is Kakashi now?

While all the other Kages were defending their village in The Last, Kakashi couldn't really do anything.

I would imagine he'd learn new ways to be stronger, but we'll probably never get to see that.
