How should the crimes of Obito,Kabuto,Orochimaru and many others be handled ?

Oro has to be executed. Obito is dead so that doesn't matter. Kabuto should get life in super max for grave robbing, terrorism and mass murder. A deal would be struck to spare him from execution. Sasuke is a terrorist. Also attempted abduction of a valuable asset belonging to Kumogakure (Killer B). Should be a death sentence. Naruto would probably intervene though.

Yeah,the morality system has always been a little wonky in NaruVerse.There's no way a mass murderer can get off with a slap on the wrist as he turns good in the stories I've read over the years.

Obito is dead so his pardons doesn't matter, sasuke turned good and he only killed the villains so his pardons also doesn't matter.

On regard to kabuto and oro ~ Their pardons might be slightly reduced but they will face trial for all those committed crimes
