How should the crimes of Obito,Kabuto,Orochimaru and many others be handled ?

After consulting with someone I decided to make a thread discussing the topic of how certain characters should be judged for their past crimes.Naruto has a theme of redemption and forgiveness, but that doesn't excuse the crimes commited by the people I mentioned in the thread title.

Let's see what several of them are guilty of:
Abduction
Mass Murder
Terrorism
Grave Robbing
Inhumane Experiments

In the case of Obito,Orochimaru,and Sasuke they all attacked important leaders and the former two caused the deaths of several.

All of these things couldn't and shouldn't be swept under the rug no matter if these characters had a change of heart.

Obito in particular will probably get a posthumous pardon for his crimes dspite being guilty of war crimes and despicable acts.

So how should these characters be judged?

Well Obito's pretty much dead now.

Orochimaru and Kabuto are probably going to be in permanent confinement, (I don't think kishi has the balls to kill them off)

Seriously, they should face a jury or be sentenced to repent for their lives. But knowing Naruto, that probably won't happen.

I don't think people like Orochimaru would get to walk away after what they did despite helping in the war.Hell Orochimaru only helped because it benefitted him.

Honestly I think they should be forgiven if they do what's necessary to redeem themselves.

Such as obito, even tho he will die now, I do think that he deserves to be forgiven. Also as you can see when sasuke came back they were a little on the edge but he will also be forgiven after having helped solved the war. Oro has the chance to be forgiven if he wants so that depends on him and as for kabuto... Well that would be hard for him to be forgiven haha

You make a good point,but even if they are forgiven their crimes still need to be answered for.
