Guess what?? naruto help started the war by talk-no-jutsu Nagato. If Nagato was alive, Obitio wouldn't have to declare war to capture the 8 tails and 9 tails. Therefore Naruto is responisble for Madara dropping his nuts on them the shinobi alliance!

the "small ass portion" is absolutely necessary to revive juubi, without it there is no juubi

whether it helped in war depends on where you think the war ended, do you think the war ended just before the juubi was revived or do you think the war ended when obito was defeated after the bijuus were pulled out of his body
