Techniques that require a lot of chakra wouldn't be difficult for him. A jutsu that requires ten percent of chakra will make Naruto use 30 or more.

So after Rin's death they found it and sealed it in Yagura? I don't understand when he got possession of the Sanbi but I would imagine that when he was alive, ahem, when he was being controlled by Obito, he had the Sanbi. Which means he was being controlled while being a perfect Jinchuriki.

Jiraiya taught him how to defeat genjutsu and Naruto displayed his skills during his battle with Itachi. Itachi placed in a genjutsu. Naruto relied on his skills/training and was starting to defeat the genjutsu. Itachi then change plans to defeat Naruto. He defeated Naruto by attacking emotions and forcing him to stop relying on his genjutsu training. Itachi doesn't waste movement. He wouldn't change plans if his current plan is working.

Naruto has perfect charka control, is a perfect jinchuriki, and he has his chakra and tail beast 1-9 chakra. He can act as his own partner without needing the tail beast. Naruto can access any of his chakras at anytime and used them simultaneously. If he is placed in a genjutsu all he has to do is access a different chakra (whatever chakra is not being controlled) and inject it into the chakra that's being controlled.
