I think he means Minato having access to various MS techniques and other things the Sharingan offers. Pre-cognition to add to his reflexes and speed, access to Sharingan Genjutsu, potentially Susano'o, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi etc.

That would make Minato much more potent. Likewise, Itachi could spam like crazy with high reserves if he had Hashirama's cells within him.

I meant sharingan in general(3T,MS,EMS) I implied this in op. "Imagine FTG Susanoo" Susanoo is a MS tech.
