Rinne-Sharingan let's him use KKG'S like his play-thing. Ice Release is one of the rarest KKG as there's just one user and not many like Lava Release.

Obtaining that, mean's logically he can use all KKG'S.

Sasuke opens a portal and jumps inside it, uses ameno to swap with naruto, then closes it.

There is 0 chance of ANYONE without the same power being able to counter this, except with a teleportation jutsu fast enough to activate before Sasuke closes the portal.

Option #2: Sasuke opens a portal and then uses amen to put naruto halfway through it right as it closes with no time to do anything about it, and he is sliced in half.

Option #3: Sasuke is now experienced and can use jutsu while absorbing charka with preta path at the same time, so nothing naruto could ever do could be effective against him at all.

Option #4: Planetary devastation combined with inferno style flame control. Naruto can't escape the jutsu because sasuke has shown that he uses the opponent as the core itself (Meaning no destroying the core strategy like Itachi did) And even though naruto has shown Kurama can break out of a planetary devastation (At least at pains level) Nothing like that would work if the mass was coated in amaterasu.

Can't see him becoming any stronger than he is now. I definitely can't see him becoming stronger than naruto for obvious reasons. But hey theirs no shame in being number 2,he's still incredibly powerful in his own right.

Only thing Naruto needs to counter that is to enter his BM avatar, Sasuke can't teleport Naruto without teleporting his avatar and portal is too small for BM avatar.Easily countered without even trying.

Situational yes Naruto can out muscle Sasuke for now but you have to admit the Rinnegan can ALWAYS develop a person to become more powerful as time and training continues. The Bijuu are limited.

Only thing Naruto could do is merge the Bijuu to become Juubi jin however that would require him taking the bijuu from every other Jin and asking Sasuke to COAT it lol

I don't really know does Naruto still can enter RSM with TSB . Sasuke no longer has Bijuus chakra and BIjuu PS while Naruto still can absorb nature energy like he did in past plus the fact he now has full Kurama.

Sasuke simply can't match Naruto's firepower now and now it all comes to that.
