I don't really know does Naruto still can enter RSM with TSB . Sasuke no longer has Bijuus chakra and BIjuu PS while Naruto still can absorb nature energy like he did in past plus the fact he now has full Kurama.

Sasuke simply can't match Naruto's firepower now and now it all comes to that.

Yes I agree. For now Naruto can out muscle Sasuke in raw fire power. But we already have a glimpse of Sasuke's capabilities with Rinnegan

Not saying it will be anytime soon but its only a matter of time before he becomes so proficient at Chakra control that he can use it easily manipulate mass quantities mid battle much like Madara and Hagaromo (Absent Juubi)

My main point is the unlimited development the Rinnegan provides.
