How powerful will Neji become ,if he was trained by Orichimaru for 3 year?

Scenerio

Neji become angry after Naruto make him lose amongst his friends and Clan, during the chunin.In addition,the Huyga clan member could not forgive Neji for nearly killing the rightful heir of the clan (Hinata) during the exam,and they decide to make him an outcast for a certain period of time.
Neji felt rejected from Konoha generally and inferior,he decided to seek power.Orichimaru see Neji in the forest ,and realise his potential during the chunin exam (before Hokage assasination ) .Orichimaru also did some research in the past about the tenseigan,and wanted to wait for the right moment to take over Neji body,instead of using Sasuke.

How powerful neji would be during the 3 years of training ,master kenjutsu , wind release and curse mark being added?In addition,which oponent can he beat at this stage?

Don't think that'd be the best trainer for Neji anyway. Oro doesn't exactly specialize in byakugan. He was the most knowledgable non-Uchiha on the planet in regards to sharingan - making him the perfect trainer for Sasuke, not Neji.

Neji would be shooting getsuga tensho's for days. Still nothing too special though. He'd get decent air time &amp; jumps with hand wings to slash downward on his oppenent. Slightly below hebi Sasuke but would probably beat him 1 V 1 with OP air style if Giant snake summon is restricted just because it would be a bad match up for Sauce.</div>
