I wonder why Kabuto didn't try to revive him despite reviving much weaker characters in this war. Do you think he was in the inability to even find a drop of his DNA or something? Probably Kakashi got rid of the entire body

Probably a similar reason to why Kishi chose not to revive Jiraiya.
