Im not sure, with samehara he seems invincible but i dont know if the blade is loyal to him anymore, also look at when he fought gai's team at 30% he could fill a whole battle feild with water when there was non around, i think he must be strong

Yea, exactly it excites me when i think of the damage he is able to do, but i think the samehara could hinder us from seeing his true power, he really loves killer bee's chakraxdxd

he is strong but not as jiraiya. keep in mind that jiraiya alone infiltrated a country by himself that nobody could do in years. many have tried but many have died by pain's omega ultimate supreme power for trying to penetrate his country.
