Experience the other kages have? Gaara we know is younger than them, Mei looks like she very well could be, A may be 10 years older, if that much. The only 2 with gigantic experience differences would be Tsunade, and on a much larger scale, Onoki.

They don't have the exp of BEING Hokage yet. I would say that most of the Kage's started low, and worked their way up.
Power is a wonderful thing, but it is useless in the hands of someone unsure of what to do with it.

Having the title of kage does not increase your strength..not in the slightest.

I'm saying I realize that some already know, or have already known what to do as a Kage before becoming on, but that list isn't exactly long.

A lot. The decisions you make as a Kage would determine which fights you did or did not get into.. The decisions made in a fight can determine what happens next politically.. And it's a whole different level of thinking. Kage's seldom second guess themselves' in battle. They are the masters of the masters.

Well they was fought with 5 tail beasts alone, so they are strong. And kakashi was almost Hokage and Guy as his Second in command. SO i think they are in top 3 shinobies on konoha.
