If he were to gain EMS that means he will need to trade both of his MS eyes (a pair) with a different type of MS eyes (pair).

EMS is an MS taking somebody else's MS eyes. Taking his own eye back from Kakashi won't do anything, it'll still be MS.

Let's be real here, even though Obito's MS is kinda OP, a rinnegan eye is still better. So, Juubito stands perfectly fine with the rinnegan in his left eye and the Mangekyõ Sharingan in his right eye.

The only ones he takes are Teen Naruto and Sasuke.

Everyone talks about Kamui's power, forgetting about the physical capabilities of the user. A jutsu's power and potential are capped by the limits of their user; Juubito's natural reflexes and instincts are quite dull; he didn't even notice Tobirama tagged him, and was slow to react that which he could not predict or prepare for.

The nature of battle is surprise, so Kamui or not, he would get beaten by the rest through his limited reflexes and/or the fact that you can't create warp holes and be intangible simultaneously.

Having both Kamui powers in one eye would actually nerf him. DMS is dangerous because he can snipe you while untouchable. He can't do that with a single eye.

DMS Juubito would have feats superior to DMS Kakashi due to having more Rikudou Chakra than DMS Kakashi did. Theoretically, he should be stronger than VoTE Sasuke and VoTE Naruto excluding BPS and Natural Energy Enhanced Rikudou Avatar.
