How OP if sasuke use...........Sasuke with no EMS power shown = BM naruto

IF sasuke can control the weather using his lightning release.His oponent will not know where lightning will strike from the cloud .Lightning have the speed of light how can someone dodge it when he donot know it comming from the sky?Sensor will not detect it since it nature energy ,this mean BM naruto cannot counter it.

water conduct electricty if sasuke's oponent dodge the attach they will still get shocked.Thunderstorm can be created easily by sasuke amaterasu orb or direct amaterasu from his eyes since he already have knowledge of how to creat kirin with itachi amaterasu
