After hearing a man in his 50's talk about Naruto I got to thinking how old is too old to read/enjoy Naruto?

In Japan, manga is a big part of the culture and many adults still read comics but in the US/EU it's often seen as something to grow out of....

How old are you and at what age do you think this kinda stuff will stop interesting you?

I am 17 and I will probably never stop read manga and comics as long as it has a good storyline. Special since I want to work as a Mangaka myself Lol

When it's interfering with your other skills you know it's time to tone it down. I'm not too sure if I want to be in my 20's and still reading manga every week.

I'm 22 and i still read them, It's not like it takes up a whole day to read one chapter. It's like what 10-20mins out of your day to do so?.

Naruto (like other titles) is a story so it's not different from reading a book really (a novel for example).

i don't think it has anything to do with age, even if it stopped being interesting for you, that doesn't necessarily mean that you've become "too old" to watch/read it (am 23 and i still watch my all time favorite anime, DBZ in my spare time).

we all like to read/watch a great story comic/anime/manga/novels makes no difference to me *_*

I don't know why Anime are still revered as things for children, I mean most of the Anime have more depth then all the stupid so called adult series on TV like CSI: Miami or Grey's Anatomy.

Seems how every reply has been from someone under 25....

Seeing a 50 year old was ODD, can you really see yourself still into this kinda stuff at 50? I know some guys in their 30's still into Spiderman but they are not what i'd call "normal"

correct, ive been a fan of naruto since 17 and im 24 now, you better believe im gonna see it threw. And simple pleasures like managa, video games etc. Do not dedy some ones adult hood. Watching grown men thrown themselves in to sports is the same as some one who finds joy in comics. Its all about what you enjoy.
