Me personaly i think most hi level active ninja actualy live less than most of us,unless they are extremely elusive or powerfull.
think most ninjas that have lived long have political positions like sarutobi hiruzen(third hokage)danzo,chiyo,konoha elders and so on.
A ninja life is dangerous and most powerfull ninja dye young. i bet that the average age of the ones resurected by kabuto is between 25 to 35 like nagato asuma,kin gin brothers,dan and so on.

Average though? Not 100, but like 80's and below. Madara and Kakuzu are exceptions.

That's lucky though. The average life-span is probably around to the 50's.
