As a Tri-Athlete, Mixed Martial artist with experience in over 4 different Martial Arts, competitive player in soccer and lacrosse and future US Marine I believe I have every right to work out constantly and consistently. I also have no excuse to not work out.
Usually my work schedule makes it harder for my work out routines so it consistently changes and varies. Especially if I'm not busy working on music. It is recommended that every human being should have a rest day but my rest days are easy work out days.
