Tobi will defeat Bee w/ his 6 paths, extract the 8 tails (and the 9 tails from the gold & silver brothers), use izanagi or rinnegan to resurrect the 10 tails and become its jinchuriki.
Itachi will take out Edo Madara by making Kabuto release Edo (sacrifing himself in the process).
Sasuke will fight Naruto to a draw, showing the full power of his EMS and the Fox Cloak.
Tobi will gain the eyes of the 10 tails, activate the moon eye plan (uber genjutsu) and massacre the few who can resist it.
Sasuke and Naruto team up against Tobi, but are quickly overwhelmed. Tobi tries to finish off Naruto, but Sasuke sacrifices himself to save him and reverse summons them off the battlefield. As his last act, Sasuke gives his EMS eyes to Naruto (perhaps transplanted by Sakura).
Naruto activates rinnengan, and we have the final battle: the reincarnation of the 10 Tails (Tobi/Madara) vs the reincarnation of the Kage of Six Paths (Naruto).
Tobi pushes all 6 paths to their limits and uses all 9 powers of the infinite sharingan (susanoo, tsukayomi, teleportation, all 5 elements pushed beyond natural limits and unlimited izanagi). Naruto counters w/ the fox cloak, doubles his chakra by constantly absorbing nature energy w/ the hunger path (w/ Tobi can't do) and using the ultimate power of the rinnegan, which only a true senju/uzumaki can wield: element fusion. There are 5 single elements, 10 double elements, 7 triple elements, 3 quadruple elements, and 1 (these elemental combos are where many of the bloodline limits come from; they are branches of the senju clan).
So Tobi/Madara gets really pissed that Naruto just refuses to die, turns into the 10 Tails and fires the mother of all tailed beast bombs. But Naruto counters by combining all 5 elements into the fusion element and fires the mother of all hydrogen bombs. This kills the 10 Tails and all sharingan (since it's the origin and power source of the sharingan). Madara survives and is spared by Naruto. No longer under the influence of the 10 Tails and w/ the help of talk no jutsu, Madara becomes kinda good and helps Naruto revive the countless dead w/ the 7th path (maybe even as far back as Jiraya or even the Uchiha massacre if you want a really happy ending).
