How much time passed between chapter 699 and 700?

My guess is 10 years since Akamaru was around 5-ish by the end of Shippuden, and he's still alive here.

Everyone has kids in the Academy. Thus at bare minimum it's 8 years (assume ppl didn't knock feet until after the last) at maximum 15.
