Hashirama was a beast .....being born in a senju clan ...he had large chakra reserves ....plus was able to control tailed beasts ....had mokuton ...that means he was excellent in using earth and water techs ...... Defeated madara ....
that means ...he was at the same lvl like of TSUNADE
