OT: A lot. Oda probably makes more though, seeing that One Piece is the best selling manga of all time (pretty sure) and seeing that each volume breaks records in sales (yes, I'm a One Piece fan). People who think that Kishi makes more $$ than Oda are probably wrong (not sure though).

One Piece readers outnumber Naruto readers by a little less than 3 to 1, not 6 to 1.

Kishi pays the equivalent of $1.4 million in taxes per year, so he's pretty comfortable. EDIT: That was 8 years ago, and at that time Oda was not on the list of Top 10 Highest Tax Paying Mangaka. Either he was evading taxes, doesn't get paid enough, or One Piece wasn't selling as well in 2004 as it has in the past few years.
